摘要：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of clinical fever,the diagnosis and treatment of one patient with fever was retrospectively analyzed.A 70-year-old man was diagnosed with parkinsonism-hyperpyrexia syndrome through complete examinations and hospital-wide consultation.His condition improved with symptomatic treatment of the cause.In conclusion,fever is very common in clinical practice,and its etiology is complex.Early identification of the cause of fever can benefit patients.
