摘要：Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)is an infectious disease caused by the severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTSV),a bunyavirus which was initially discovered in central China and has since rapidly spread to many regions in Asia.SFTS is characterized by pyrexia,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,and multi-organ dysfunction that may lead to death.Furthermore,some patients may experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea,nausea,and vomiting.This systematic review provides medical professionals with a comprehensive summary of SFTS pathogenesis,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and preventive measures.
