摘要：What is monkeypox?
Monkeypox is a zoonotic disease caused by infec-tion with the monkeypox virus(MPXV),which is classified into two branches:branch I and branch Ⅱ.The sources of infection include patients with monkeypox,and monkeypox-infected rodents,mon-keys,and other primates.Historically,monkeypox outbreaks have been prevalent in Africa,but since 2022,the disease has spread to most countries and regions around the world.Common clinical symp-toms include fever,rashes,and swollen lymph nodes.
