Spontaneous recanalization of thrombus detected by optical coherence tomography and intravascular ultrasound: A case report

摘要：INTRODUCTION
Currently,angiography is widely used for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease,however,its diagnostic accuracy is limited because it is unable to visualize the coronary wall1,2.Fortunately,intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) provide unique insights on coronary pathology and results of coronary interventions because of an unprecedented resolution3,4.Herein,we report a case of thrombi recanalization in right coronary artery (RCA) demonstrated by OCT and without intervention.
