摘要：INTRODUCTION
Radiofrequency ablation is often difficult to treat arrhythmias caused by rheumatic heart disease.Because this type of arrhythmia is caused by myocardial damage due to rheumat-ic activity in the pathogenesis 1.Because the ar-ea where rheumatic activity destroys the myo-cardium is not fixed,rheumatic heart disease can cause many types of arrhythmias.Ablation surgery for this kind of patients not only need to map the pathogenesis of arrhythmias,but al-so need to detect whether other types of ar-rhythmias still exist after successful ablation ofclinical arrhythmias 3-4.
