摘要:INTRODUCTION
Chronic total occlusion(CTO)lesions are one of the most difficult bastions of coronary in-tervention,a minefield of low success rates and high complications.Coronary artery perfora-tion is the number one complication of CTO in-tervention,with individual studies reporting an incidence of up to 27.6%and cardiac tampon-ade of about 0.5%1.In this study,we report a 65-year-old female patient with unstable angina, who was found to have heavy coronary artery stenosis by coronary angiography, and the of-fender vessel was the right coronary artery(RCA),and coronary perforation occurred after opening the occluded RCA and implanting three stents in series.
