摘要：INTRODUCTION
Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a complex syndrome arising from diverse underlying con-ditions and characterized by elevated pulmo-nary arterial pressure.Current clinical guide-lines classify PH into five categories based on pathophysiology,clinical presentation,and he-modynamic characteristics.While left heart dis-ease and pulmonary disorders represent the most prevalent causes globally,hematologic ma-lignancies constitute a rare etiological group 1,2.In particular,PH secondary to pulmonary infil-tration by diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLB-CL)remains extraordinarily uncommon in clini-cal practice.We presented a case documenting this unusual clinical and pathological associa-tion.
