摘要：A 64-year-old woman who presented with pro-gressive exertional dyspnea (NYHA class IIb)over the previous month,unresponsive to ad-justments in diuretic therapy. She denied chest pain or palpitations. On physical examination,bilateral lower ex-tremity edema and a right parasternal systolic murmur we-re noted. Electrocardiography showed sinus rhythm with first-degree atrioventricular block and complete right bu-ndle branch block.
