摘要:Introduction
Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)has evolved into a viable treatment modality for early esophageal cancer, with a distinct advantage of the ability to perform en-bloc resection and accu-rate histopathological assessment. The most common adverse events of ESD in the esophagus include perforation and stricture. In this report,we present a case of a rare complication of esopha-geal ESD,which happened during the procedure and was re-solved successfully based on our experience.
