摘要：Introduction
Herbal and dietary supplements(HDS)-induced liver injury has garnered interest in recent years for the increasing trend world-wide[1].Chinese oral herbal paste,a popular herbal formula to enhance immunity as HDS in a Chinese medicine clinic,has been less reported to induce liver injury.Here we reported a case of drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms(DRESS)syndrome with abrupt transaminitis,which was caused by daily consumption of herbal formulas for 4 weeks.
