摘要：Background: Conservative treatment was applied in most instable thoracolumbar fractures without nervous symptoms, while the incomplete replacement would cause post protruding deformity which would hamper the function, the posterior approach operation has excellent effect on it.
Objective: To discuss the effects of the post-operation rehabilitation treatment of instable thoracolumbar fractures without nervous symptoms.
