摘要：The brain is among the most essential organs of human beings. In human brain,there are about 100 billion neu-rons,and they form the basis of neural activity in the brain through synaptic connections [1]. The higher-level neural functions distinguish us from other animals,yet we still have not achieved a comprehensive knowledge of the brain. Therefore,understanding its structure and function is one of the most substantial and challenging frontier scientific questions of the 21st century.
