带线锚钉改良"8"字固定治疗创伤性胸锁关节后脱位一例报告

摘要：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified figure-8 suture with threaded anchor in the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of traumatic sternoclavicular joint dislocation were retrospectively analyzed.Results The postoperative CT scan showed that the sternoclavicular joint reduction effect was satisfactory,and the postoperative incision healed well.There were no complications such as sternoclavicular joint redislocation and internal fixation failure,and there was no need to remove internal fixation.The efficacy was satisfactory after 2 years of follow-up.Conclusions The sternoclavicular joint dislocation fixed by the threaded anchor"figure 8"is more in line with the biomechanics of the sternoclavicular joint,which is minimally invasive and has high tensile strength,avoiding the suture cutting effect and removal.
