腰椎间盘突出症合并主髂动脉硬化闭塞症及周围神经血管病变一例

摘要：Objective To report the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of a patient with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with aortoiliac arteriosclerosis occlusion and peripheral neurovascular lesion,with the aim of providing reference for clinicians when dealing with this complex disease.Methods The clinical features,imaging characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment methods of a patient with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with aortoiliac arteriosclerosis obliterans and peripheral neurovascular lesions admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery and Musculoskeletal Tumor,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,in April 2024,were described and discussed.Results The patient's clinical manifestations included lumbar and bilateral lower limb pain.The bilateral hip pain aggravated after walking.After bilateral iliac artery stenting and balloon angioplasty,the patient's limb motor function was significantly improved.Conclusions Lumbar disc herniation,aortoiliac arteriosclerosis obliterans and peripheral neurovascular disease can all present with intermittent claudication.Identifying the responsible etiology that is directly related to the clinical symptoms is an important part of realizing the timely and effective treatment.
