复发性桡骨远端奇异性骨旁骨软骨瘤样增生一例报告

摘要：A 32-year-old female patient with a history of atypical parosteal cartilaginous tumor-like proliferation of the distal radius was hospitalized due to postoperative recurrence.Imaging studies revealed an irregular bony mass located at the distal radial side,which appeared to be unconnected to the medullary cavity.Histological examination demonstrated the proliferation of atypical cartilaginous cells,osteoblasts,and spindle cells.The bony trabeculae were irregularly distributed,with certain areas displaying basophilic staining.Based on these findings,the diagnosis of recurrent bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation of the distal radius was confirmed to be accurate.The patient subsequently underwent radical resection of the distal radius,including removal of the underlying cortical bone.After a one-year follow-up period,there was no evidence of recurrence.
