低级别中心型骨肉瘤的研究进展

摘要：Low-grade central osteosarcoma is a highly differentiated malignant tumor located in the bone marrow.It is a rare subtype of osteosarcoma and is currently believed to be caused by chromosomal mutations.The most easily affected part is the long bone around the knee joint and clinical manifestations are mainly local pain and swelling.The presence of cortical fracture and extension to soft tissue should be paid attention to in imaging.The presence of cytologic atypia,mitotic activity,bone marrow infiltration,cortex destruction and extension into soft tissue should be taken into consideration in histology.CDK4 and MDM2 protein analysis has an important role in differentiating low-grade osteosarcoma from other tumors with similar appearance.Wide surgical resection is usually used for treatment and the prognosis is better than common typical osteosarcoma.If not treated properly,tumors can recur and transform to high-grade tumors,leading to poor prognosis.Definite and timely diagnosis and regular postoperative follow-up are particularly important for the diagnosis and treatment of low-grade central osteosarcoma.
