摘要：Tertiary Lymphoid Structures(TLS)are ectopic lymphoid tissues formed by the aggregation of various immune cells,including B cells,T cells,and dendritic cells.They typically develop under pathological conditions such as tumors and chronic inflammation,where they can facilitate antigen presentation,induce T cell activation,and enhance local anti-tumor immune responses.Sarcomas are highly heterogeneous malignant tumors of mesenchymal origin,with different pathological subtypes exhibiting distinct immune microenvironments and varying responses to immunotherapy.Studies suggest that the presence of TLS in advanced sarcomas may be associated with a better prognosis,although the role and underlying mechanisms of TLS in sarcomas remain to be elucidated.This review systematically summarizes the recent advancements in research related to TLS and sarcomas,exploring the correlation between TLS and the immune microenvironment of sarcomas,their response to immunotherapy,and clinical outcomes.
