远程医学在全髋关节置换术中的应用

摘要：Total hip arthroplasty is an effective treatment for various end-stage hip diseases.With the acceleration of social aging,increased life expectancy and higher demands for quality of life among residents in China,the number of patients requiring total hip arthroplasty is growing steadily.In recent years,telemedicine technology has developed vigorously and has been applied in multiple aspects of total hip arthroplasty,both domestically and internationally.These applications include preoperative education,prerehabilitation,surgical planning,intraoperative collaboration,perioperative management,postoperative rehabilitation,and follow-up.Telemedicine can reduce healthcare costs,improve clinical and radiological outcomes,and has gained widespread acceptance among surgeons as well as patients.In this article,we will review the application of telemedicine in total hip arthroplasty,aiming to provide guidance for clinical practice.
