吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术在骨与软组织肿瘤治疗中的应用进展

摘要:The treatment of bone and soft tissue tumors is a complex process that encompasses a variety of therapeutic modalities,including surgical treatment,chemotherapy,and targeted therapy.In terms of surgical treatment,precise resection can significantly reduce surgical trauma and minimize the risk of recurrence.However,there is a lack of universally recognized and authoritative objective criteria for determining the extent of tumor resection and surgical margins.Due to this dilemma,numerous new technologies for tumor assessment have emerged,among which near-infrared imaging using indocyanine green(ICG)as a medium has gradually become a focus.This article discusses the application of ICG fluorescence imaging technology in the treatment of tumors in bones and soft tissues,liver,gastrointestinal tract,and other areas.The study demonstrates that ICG fluorescence imaging technology can provide objective criteria for determining the extent of tumor resection and surgical margins in bone and soft tissue tumors,thereby enabling more precise tumor removal.This technology brings new hope for improving the precision of surgical treatment for bone and soft tissue tumors,and has the potential to become a key tool in the treatment process,contributing to the development of precision and personalized medicine.
