摘要：Massive irreparable rotator cuff tears(MIRCT)pose a significant challenge in shoulder pathology,with treatment strategies requiring comprehensive consideration of factors such as patient age,functional demands,and tissue quality.Arthroscopic techniques have become the mainstream approach due to their minimally invasive advantages,including debridement,partial repair,tendon transfer,superior capsular reconstruction,and subacromial balloon spacer implantation.Recent comparative studies on the efficacy and indications of different techniques are abundant,yet conclusions remain controversial.This review synthesizes current biomechanical principles and clinical advancements in arthroscopic management of MIRCT,aiming to outline contemporary research frontiers and aid clinical decision-making.
