摘要： Cell affinity is an important factor to be concerned when biodegradable polymeric materials are utilized as cell scaffold in tissue engineering . Many studies haveproved that hydrophilicity , surface energy, charge and roughness of the materialsurface greatly influence the cell attachment and cell growth on the material.
