摘要： INTRODUCTION
The common construction method of tissue engineered articular cartilage is to isolate and culture chondrocytes,transplant them into the degradable scaffold materials, then to repair the defect of articular cartilage. We designed this experiment to investigate the feasibility of tissue engineered articular cartilage constructed by the technique of centrifuge tube culture without scaffold materials.
