摘要： INTRODUCTION
Since their introduction in mid-1980s, polyamidoamide (P AMAM) dendrimershave attracted considerable attention because of their unique structures and properties. According to preliminary studies in animals, PAMAM dendrimers are non-immunogenic, very low in vivo toxicity and can be excreted by urine and feces.
