摘要： The applications of biodegradable polymeric material as drug carrier in medicineare triggering more interest, especially the microspheres prepared by wrapping drugin polymeric material. For its target to specific organ and tissue and its ability tocontrolled-release of drug, the microspheres can be used to reduce the toxic side effect of drug and improve the biological utilization percentage of drug.
