恶性胶质瘤的治疗现状及进展

摘要：恶性胶质瘤( malignant gliomas,MG)包括胶质母细胞瘤( glioblastomas,GBM)、间变性星形细胞瘤( anaplastic astrocytomas,AA)、间变性少支星形细胞瘤( anaplastic oligoastrocytomas,AOA)及间变性少支胶质细胞瘤( anaplastic oligodendrogliomas,AO),其中GBM的年发病率为3.19/100 000人.美国脑肿瘤注册中心( Central Brain Tumor Registry of the United States,CBTRUS)在2004-2007年间的统计数据指出,GBM在所有胶质瘤中的比例为53.7％,AA占6.7％.
