摘要:1 Introduction
A 25-year-old woman presented with a 3-month history of otalgia and aural fullness in the left ear, without associated otological or systemic symptoms. Her medical history was unremarkable, and she denied any history of hepatitis, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease,or other significant conditions. The patient was diagnosed with external auditory canal cholesteatoma and subsequently underwent canalplasty under general anesthesia.Routine anesthetic drugs, including 2%lidocaine,dexamethasone,propofol,sufentanil,rocuronium bromide,ondansetron,flur-biprofen axetil, neostigmine, and atropine, were used during surgery and anesthesia recovery. No significant events were noted, and the patient experienced only a blood loss of 10 mL.
