摘要：The animal experiment is the best method for therapeutic efficacy testing of various treatment methods before clinical application and serves as an irreplaceable"live reagent"and"live precise instrument,"thus playing a vital role in biomedical science research. However,there were significant differences between the results of animal experiments and clinical efficacy in previous findings that are hard to ignore,especially in cerebrovascular accident research due to the unsatisfactory specification of animal experiments. Accordingly,more prescriptive and standard tools are required for evaluating the quality of animal experiments. This study will introduce the current commonly used quality evaluation tools for animal experiments.
